The hotel apparently had a recent renovation which made the rooms clean but they had a very musty/mold/mildew smell. Despite the odor issue, the rooms were wonderful. The service behind the desk was not friendly at arrival or departure, but they honored the information provided by Kayla with great professionalism. The location, which could use some sprucing up, turned out to be good and clean at all times, right off the interstate 95 which was convenient to Mounts Botanical Gardens. However, there were guests running around the hallways making a lot of noise. Overall, it could have been better, but I'm looking forward to coming back next year.

I must say, my stay at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. On one hand, the room seemed like it had not been serviced in a while, with a strange odor that almost felt like smoke masked in disinfectant spray. However, on the bright side, the room was sparkling clean and inviting after all. The service, though, had its ups and downs. While the staff was incredibly helpful, professional, and courteous, there were moments when I observed housekeeping on personal calls, which took away from the otherwise amazing service. The location of the hotel seemed to be a bit off, with a few questionable characters hanging around, making me a bit uncomfortable. Still, it was convenient, easily accessible, and surprisingly close to my work. As for dining, there wasn't much to say about it, as the options were limited, but I did notice a Cracker Barrel next door that could be a handy option. Overall, my experience was a combination of highs and lows.

I found the hotel to be conveniently located right off the interstate, which was very attractive for easy access. The staff was a mix of super friendly and a bit stiff, but ultimately helpful when needed. While the room had a microwave and fridge, they unfortunately smelt like mold and were not the cleanest, making me question the value for money.
